The PolyU Design Show 2022 will be held at Jockey Club Innovation Tower, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University's Hung Hom campus. The Tours will cover highlighted and selected areas of the Show.
All visitors are required to comply with the following requirements:
Change of visiting session is not allowed unless prior approval is granted.
Visitors must wear mask at all times.
Eating and/or drinking is strictly prohibited.
Visitors are subject to temperature check before entering the PolyU campus. Visitors with fever symptoms will not be admitted.
Visitor should apply alcohol hand sanitisers before admission.
Children aged under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Declaration for infection control screening is required at each visit for all visitors.
All visitors are not subjected to any restrictions under compulsory quarantine or a COVID-19 nucleic acid test set out in any gazetted compulsory testing notice, nor having flatmate under compulsory quarantine in the same premise, and these visitors meet the vaccine pass requirements as shown in LeaveHomeSafe (LHS) mobile app. No campus admittance to Red or Amber Code holders in the capacity of visitors, accompanying persons and carers. All visitors shall fulfil either one of the below criteria:
[A] has received at least three doses of COVID-19 vaccine and able to present the proof.
[B] has received two doses of COVID-19 vaccine, if within 6 months from 2nd dose and able to present the proof.
[C] is medically unfit for vaccination and able to present the exemption certificate.
[D] is aged between 12-17 and has received the corresponding dose of COVID-19 vaccine(s) in accordance with the government's "Vaccine Pass". https://www.coronavirus.gov.hk
[E] is COVID-19 recovered person.
[F] is aged under 12 and exempted.
Visitation is strictly prohibited in any of the following conditions
Fever, or respiratory symptom, or gastroenteritis discomfort in the last 48 hours;
Sudden loss of taste or smell;
Contacted a suspected or confirmed COVID-19 case in last 28 days;
Visited the venues which required compulsory COVID-19 test as ordered by Government;
Any household member is under home quarantine;
Visited or live in the list of buildings with confirmed cases of COVID-19;
Clustering History (with same symptoms);
Under medical surveillance;
Required for Compulsory Testing and cannot provide a report with negative result.
The hygiene of the facilities will be strengthened. Regular disinfection of toilets, lifts, escalators, railings, buttons and all public areas of the building will be arranged.
Please note that the above-mentioned measures are subject to change in accordance with the epidemic situation without prior notice. The organiser will review the situation and adjust relevant preventive measures as and when necessary.
